 What is FAM JAM?
In keeping step with our philosophy of ministry at Kid Station, our entire church body puts on "FAM JAM" every summer for the surrounding Fullerton community. FAM JAM is an acronym for "Family and Me / Jesus and Me." In a nutshell, FAM JAM is Vacation Bible School. But it is not your ordinary VBS; it goes beyond VBS. At FAM JAM, the parents get to participate!

 The exciting thing about a family VBS is that it does something that VBS in the past has not done... it brings parents BACK into the equation. It helps them to be in this process of learning WITH their child. The goal is that this will allow for better discussion within the home regarding these values, principles and teachings. Not only will it help to equip families in this way, but it will also allow them to carve out time to spend TOGETHER. FAM JAM creates quality time for families to be together, worshiping, playing games, making crafts and growing... together. |

We had another FANTASTIC year at FAM JAM!!! What a rootin' tootin' good time! Thanks so much to the army of volunteers that it made it happen for our families. It was a tremendous outreach to those in our community and we look forward to FAM JAM 09! Check out the Kid Station website in JANUARY for a sneak peak at next year's amazing FAM JAM theme...
